Who wants to listen to the Big Mac Man (O’Reilly) spew out his same old B.S. that Olive Oil (Mary Laundrouche) wrote with him, and to watch his well paid cronies, standing and bowing towards their meal ticket. Give us a break, and do something, that will help our City and return us to the days when your dad was running this town, and you were the hippie that you were back in those days.

  2. Kathy says:

Its time for the Big Fella’s dog and pony show. I hope this year somebody will have a hook to get him off of his soap box. Not only does the Big Fella have nothing to say at these talks, but he stays out there forever — Give the residents break, the onlly people there are the ones that want favors from him, or work for him.

  3. Arobson says:

Who wants to listen to his blithering? The only person who cares about what he says is his reflection in the mirror. He has single-handly destroyed the morale at the city with his lack of leadership and double talk. Luckily there is an election in two years and he is going down. It’s time to replace him and his appointees. It’s ironic how he criticized Guido and his appointees but chose to keep them all. change is on its way folks

  4. Jblonka says:

The big boy, used to love grilling these department heads, when he was in charege of the Council, and then what does he do, he has them all as long as they suck up to him, reappoint them. Typical fearless leader that he is, he wants them all beholding to him, while he is on his political ride. He lost our peoples support, because of his insensitivity, and he will see, at the next election, how the people really feel about him. Better start the fundraisers because you are going to need all the bucks you can raise.

  5. Facemask says:

So true Jblonka! The man doesn’t know how to raise funds because everything has been given to him. He uses his fathers name when it’s convenient and bad-mouths him in other circles. He must still be angry about the secretary! Looking forward to the next mayoral race. Maybe he can run for circuit court after his loses the people’s support like his buddy!

  6. Milwood Fordson says:

I agree, only problem name 3 people who can beat the formally Guido, now O’reilly team at 13615? Adam Adamski, ah Mario fondarski, ah fondero

  7. Purplepalace says:

How about the names like Abraham, Hultgren or Woronchak. I think a woman would be a good idea too! Women don’t need committees they love to make decisions, something this mayor can’t do.

  8. Milwood Fordson says:

Abraham same team, Hultgren ditto, Woronchak maybe if he doesn’t end up falling with Ficano as collatoral damage.

  9. Donna Hay says:

I would vote for Gary, I don’t believe that he is in anyway involved with Ficano. Agree with you about the other 2!

  10. Donna Hay says:

I watched Jack as President of the Council and always thought that he would make a good mayor for the same reason you stated – he was always after the dept. heads for some reason or another and questioned everything. Funny how when he got into office ‘the game came to an end’. Voted for him once and once was enough.

  11. Carl says:

Gary is a big part of the problem in the county. The commission has turned a blind eye to all the corruption. Gary states that he isn’t there that to ask for Ficanos resignation. Give me a break. If you always stand in the middle of the road you get hit by traffic from both directions. Take a stand and grow some kuhuns! He is 100% a party guy – democratic and won’t hurt the party or the candidates. Maybe he can become a republican again.

  12. Dearborn Citizen says:

Carl, I disagree completely. Woronchak is on the commission, he had no involvement with what Ficano and his stooges were doing. I think he will make a fine Mayor.

  13. Jm67 says:

hey gas mask, mccheese can put on his overalls again, walk around barefoot & do some commercials for dodge cars to raise funds for HIMSELF.

  14. Thomasa123 says:

Woronchak was suppose to be a check and balance and our representative to the county. Where was he and the rest of the commissioners during this rape of tax dollars. Bye bye Ficano and the rest of the politicians? “I didn’t know” is not acceptible.

  15. Thomasa123 says:

Why isn’t Woronchak asking for Ficanos resignation? Is he afraid or a Democrat.

  16. Hummie says:

Did anybody else notice the light turnout, for Big Boys State Of The City? Ficano was seen laughing several times, during the speech, and this is a guy who has a ton of his own problems. I go to these annual B.S. addresses, and can never remember one as lightly attended as this one — read the writing on the wall BIG BOY.

  17. Elizabeth says:

Jack has given this city away and has made it into a “ghetto”. He has no backbone and his policital correctness is the death of Dearborn. Can’t wait to move. How can anyone have a great vision for a city when they live in a ghetto themselves? Just look at his house … he’s an embarrassment to all of us!!!
