We, in Dearborn, are very lucky to have such a dedicated Police and Fire Department.

Public safety is not an easy job. These men and women put their lives on the line every time a call goes out.

    Thank you.

Isn’t this the same Officer Marshall who was demoted from the rank of Sergeant, and now he is officer of the year? What gives. Why didn’t the award go to a very deserving officer, who has kept his nose clean?

This is from a resident, who has had a problem, with Officer Marshall, that caused him to get demoted from Sergeant to his present Corporal rank. Why don’t the upstanding officers in the dept. get awards similar to this, who have never done anything wrong, they are more worthy, I believe.

Wasn’t this the same Officer Marshall that Chief Haddad demoted from Sergeant a short time ago? Funny how things work out, broomed one year, officer of the year the next –kind of funny the Chief wan’t in the picture, huh.

  6. Marley says:

So, Brian, Rob and Angelo: I see you don’t believe in redemption, huh? Until it’s you who gets caught screwing up, I bet. Did this guy earn the promotion or was it handed to him based on who his friends were? That’s all I want to know.

Marley you forgot to put your last name up, Mrs. Marshall.
